Gymnastics is the foundation of any other sport.. Whether they play soccer, its easier to do a Volley Kick or any Flips.. If they iceskating.. Movement thro their flexible body is so much easier.. My kids had 6 to 8 pack muscles from toddlers bcos they work on their core and its the cutest thing ever.. My daughter started gyming at 2 and half yrs old. Shes 12 soon.. The best club in Cape Town Alfie Schricker the owner is awesome strict but patient with the kids.. The coaches are amazing.. Unlike other gymnastic clubs ACS are like a family and has very high standards that the kids love working towards.. Nobody feels left out at this amazing gymnastic club.
