Went for PCR test Saturday morning, 18 December 2021. Arrived at offices 09h20 and eventually finish the process at 12h10. When we arrived, the queues had approx 25 people. When we left the number of people increased. Almost 3 hours midst peak holiday season and Covid 4th wave peak on Gauteng!!Only 1 professional who did testing for PCR, routine and referred vovid tests as well as blood samples. To add to the poor service, this lady had to deal with allpayments also.Most pathetoc service ever.

This supposed drive through service center does not have a very transparent processing order. I came at 8, had to queue outside in the cold for over an hour, their system didn't work so I could not get an SMS, ended up having to fill out paper forms, many people who arrived after I did got helped first. Perhaps try somewhere else.

I've had a different experience today when I went for my Covid PCR test to travel in 72 hours.I did arrive at 0745 as I was worried about the long wait, and am glad I did. By the time I left an hour later there was a long line (probably 20 - 30 people deep - there were 3 ahead of me when I arrived).There was a clear process - they didn't require a form to be filled in first - they came along with an iPad, took details, and then sent a link to your iPhone to complete your registration.This was printed while we waited in line, and then led to a waiting room inside.Waited perhaps 15 min before being taken for the test. I paid inside with my credit card.They are currently running at 36 hours to process (not the promised 24 hours).

Was there Saturday 12 o clock for covid test because of hospital procedure for my mother 79 years old. They close Saturdays at 12.30 and there was about 20 people. Now i totally fail to figure it out how on earth can we only leave a hour and 45 minutes later. Yes me and my mother and20 other peopke stand for 1hour and 45 minutes waiting for the covid test. Ridiculiy

I had to go there twice in December. They were very busy the first day, but helped me to sit in shade as they saw I was too weak to stand in the que. The nurses were empathetic and did not hurt me when drawing blood, although I could see they were exhausted. Test results were available at doctor within hours. Thank you for your kindness.

Absolutely awesome service! They are friendly and so helpful, its refreshing to get quality service these days! Thanks Ampath for making my sister's oversea's travel experience much easier!

Very poor service! The staff chased us out of the waiting room to wait outside. Never called us back even though there was no one left inside. Had to ask to be assisted to have my elderly mother tested. The staff seemed to be too busy staring at their computer screens or having lunch to help the paying customers. Bad show!

I came here after poor service at some other testing stations, had my paperwork ready and was in and out in 90 seconds! Great guys! Thank you for the efficient and friendly service!

Do NOT come here for a covid test. 2 and a half hours in the cold and rain, no social distancing, nurses talking to you with a pulled down mask, meanwhile the lab at Little Company of Mary meets you in the parking in 5 mins.
