So this company came to me and offered their services of which sounded good at first,so the agent that came to my business made me sign a contract saying that it’ll only be active when I make payment of which I never did cause I handover my business to someone else, they called me after not making payment of first date I explained to them that I can no longer afford having such a service and they seems to understand,I never sent the company anything relating to the business not even a single picture in order for them to develop the website for me since I was under the impression that I can no longer afford such a service.this month they call me demanding money for the contract and not services cause they know I’ve never used their services.the lady whom called me just started demanding payment saying it’s imperative that I pay for signing their contract,but I told her I never got your services and there’s no proof of you guys even starting the website I was promised emails of which never come.this isn’t how you run a business guys

1 Star for Poor Communication.More specifically when such complaint/issue has been sent in writing and a response requested with 4 hours.Not even an acknowlwdgement.Update 28/08/22.Sent email.Today, 7 days later I am told they will get back to me in 2 days but only after I sent a follow up mail.

No communication, poor service. You promised us leads but we get nothing at all.. . wasted my money on you guys.. I won't recommend you anywhere..

I used this company for marketing purposes for my business ...... What a waste of time and money! Have been with them since about July, their website and marketing have not gained me one single client in the 7 months I have been with them. Absolute rubbish ..... And now they want to hold me to a 24 month contract, absolutely ridiculous. Be warned people, you will just waste your money.I have now told everyone every where I can on social media what they are doing to me and have been called and threatened with lawyers. What a wonderful experience indeed I'm having with this company

So this company came to my office and sold me dreams and lied. As much as they wish to deny it, after over R3000 spent on adds i got 2 calls from clients looking for Tappaware the brand and not what they were requested to market.They claim i got 100 visits to my site because of them.However, this is very far from what thier sales agemt pitched me.I requested for my Google profile to be returned to me. They are now holding it randsome and forcing me to use thier services.All i want is to not use thier services. They refuse and since friday simply ignore me request to return my Google Business Account to me.This company has a business model based on false information and bad service and lies and clearly have no regard for clients requests.4 emails, not 1 reply, 3 calls and still they will not release my Google Business ProfileFurther more this company creates false reviews. Staff memebers family memebers review the business. Clearly they are only out to mislead. Check hello Peter out. 3 reviews on the same day and 1 of them is actually employed by the company.......

This is without a doubt one of the best website and marketing company's I have come across in a long period of time. Keep it up
