First ever time meating the owner hanneke. She rudely asked my what do i want and proceeded to insault me and embarish me. Not knowing that i was a client. This is horible attitude to have towards a customer that hasent even said a word to her. I will never return to this place and strongly reccomend everyone to do a backgroud check.

RUDE! Called to enquire about printing of school labels. Without even requesting further info such as the possible size of the order the woman rudely responded and just said no she can't without any form of explanation or even offering any form of assistance whatsoever. People recommended this business to me and they just lost a profitable and longterm client. The rude person on the otherside of the line shockingly was the owner herself Hanneke. Absolutely shocking. Will not recommend any large companies to support this local business. They clearly dont need the business.
