Absolutely poor service!I brought to Central Radio & TV an item that needs repairs. They work on a system where they will message you a quotation for what needs to be repaired, you just reply yes or no. 3 days later still no message. I go in store, they give me a price, I decline as it's to much, I can add on a few Rands and purchase new. She said come tomorrow to fecth your item, 11 days after I declined, I'm still waiting for my item that has not been fixed. I go in store & they give me attitude. Just ridiculous! No apology.
