I think the 5 star rating are afforded by employee of this company to mislead potential customer, in actual reality this is easily among the worst shipping line you can trust your cargo with, bad and slow service, incompetent staff and managers who does not give two sh%% about your cargo, persistent phone treats and empty promises, penalties and nonsense hidden charges are plentiful.
