Good service and good staff. Very helpful and range of self defense is good. But i must give them credit for customer service, especially the lady in the hardware section, i filled the gas bottle there, she was so polite and very helpful. Thank you for your assistance.

Staff need more training regarding the items they selling. Maybe put prices on All your items in store, because every sales person has a different price for items I wanted to purchase. The one item I wanted was out of stock and nobody offered to put it on order for me.

Their technical support is absolutely horrendous, and although when we first signed up they phoned within 2 minutes of an alarm going off, their response time has gone down the drain. Two nights in a row we have had an alarm going off in our workshop and Mi7 has not even bothered to phone us.

A message send to the Mi7 security super store watsapp number was not responded to. As a matter of courtesy they did not reply.Unfortunately, Mi7 security super store telephonic customer services requires immediate attention.ñ Kindly check your telephone and watsapp numbers are in order or provide a back number on your website or online.Mi7 security store has moved out of the conveniently locate store in Raisethorpe. It is not longer situated near apublic transportation route.
