Absolutely horrible insurance company.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!Put in my first claim after years of paying premiums only to have it REJECTED.Assessor was terrible and biased, didn’t even spend 2 minutes ‘assessing’ damage, not even a close up inspection, no photos nothing! but came to the conclusion that the damage was old?I think they’re specifically trained to reject claims rather than approve.I wish I had read some of these reviews before hand.If you’re a professional then PPS is definitely not worth your time or trouble.Oh and as for their brokers - real pests - I have lost count of the number of different brokers who call REPEATEDLY to sign me up for other PPS products.Nobody in their right mind would want any other PPS products after such distasteful service.And what about POPI Act? Why is my information being shared without my consent?

When I was shopping around for vehicle insurance, they would give me a whole lot of calls and promises, but once I signed up I did not even get policy documentation or a policy number. I could not even register on the app or activate benefits such as the point to point service. When I wanted to cancel the policy, suddenly they are unavailable. It has taken 20 days for a call back to cancel my policy, after numerous attempts to communicate with them (Raymond guy). On the basis of professionalism and communication, I would not recommend this insurer. I have not had time to have a claim because I cancelled 4 months after taking up this vehicle insurance.

Absolutely shocking service - I have tried 8 times to open a policy and they have not got back to me.It's as if they don't want my business. I have left numerous callback requests on their website and received confirmation of requests. Tried calling them directly multiple times with no success.Eventually I got through to them on the phone and asked them if we could please open a policy right then and there, because of their previous failures to return communication. They told me they couldn't open it then, and that their sales team would have to contact me back. This was first thing in the morning and I told them I was free to be called for the rest of the day. Not only did I not hear anything back that day, but I haven't heard a word, two weeks later.Take your money elsewhere.

Definitely do not reccomend! I have been paying for 2 and a hanf years, made my first claim and it was rejected. Read all the fine print and just know they will find a way to reject your claim

Poor poor customer service. Ive been trying to get a policy literally for years with brokers not getting back to me. I have recently called, emailed and and and and still no contact! Are they doing so well that they can be lax and not want new business/clients? not impressed

Absolutely pathetic service from their assist line for the second time in 2 months since moving to them.The first time, I had to wait for a tow truck for 3 hours on the side of a freeway. There has been no investigation or feedback from anyone there as to why this happened.Today is the 30 of December 2019. I have been trying to call their emergency assist line for about 30 minutes, and it keeps cutting before you can speak to anyone. Absolutely pathetic!!!! I'm moving my policy first thing in January

I only review their billing and lack of communication. When we applied for increased benefits after 2 decades and paid according to the statements an enquiry lead to an adjusted manual recon. This amendment was just billed without confirmation. How can a huge company like PPS just amend billing as they wish. And every phone call and email goes unanswered for days, even weeks. The finacial advisor of not of great help either., chalking it down to just the way they operate"."

Extremely poor service. The brokers representing them gives them an extremely bad name. After canceling my insurance policies the broker who sold it to me opened a lawsuit claiming i should pay him back the commission he lost as a result of me canceling the policy. PPS said they can do nothing about it. PPS IS NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
