We love your meals.But what a disappointment Saterday 25/2/23 we took a take out to friends. The chicken wasn't on the grill it was cold and no skin on all the pieces. It was colourless we were really very disappointed.

Poor! Regular customer at Pedro's. Tonight they refuse to let me order Burgers. No stock on buns apparently. But stock standing behind counter! Was to late and to much effort for them. No happy at all and very unprofessional.

Order through MrD app. Two burgers and a half chicken. The burgers were soggy, and I order spice rub chicken but got the opposite then chicken skin was soggy too full of sauce didn't enjoy my lunch.. 1st time eating it. Don't think I will buy from them again.

Hands down I prefer thier chicken way more than anyone else's, Price wise too very good. Judging from my first visit it was a new store so I can understand the wait, but on my second visit I wasn't too impressed.I've placed an order via phone call to pick up, when I got there the staff just look as if they don't want to assist you, as being in the industry myself the first impression comes with atmosphere and personality of the heart of the establishment which is the cashiers, having a feeling of wanting to leave as fast as I got there isn't a good way to go about. The food is fantastic but please work on customer service.

Third time ordering. The meat is never ready. Orders take too long sometime almost 2 hours. Third time ordered online and still waited 30 minutes because the meat was not ready. Apparently in the oven. The food is good but Blauw Village managers/owners really need to work on time. No issues with other branches

It was my 2nd time purchasing food here. It was a truly horrible experience, the chicken tasted old and my rice was raw
