The worst service ever! I brought my 80yr old mom to the bank, no priority service. My mom was told to sit in a very low seat, I was told to either sit or stand in the queue, the most uncomfortable bar type stools. Eventually I ended up standing. I'm writing this while still waiting in the queue 45 minutes later. I am so disgusted at the level of service. I chose this branch as it's easily accessible for my mom who walks with a walking stick has bad knees etc. After waiting for more than hour we were finally helped. Kelly the consultant was very helpful and changed work stations so that my mom could sit comfortably.

I walked into a busy bank, and 2 long queues filled the entire foyer. I had an urgent query so didn't have a choice but to wait it out. The consultants were amazing, they engaged with customers and worked as efficiently as possible to mill through the plethora of requests and queries coming their ways. We'll done staff at Standard bank Constantia for doing such a good job to help us all.

Been standing in a queue for 40 mins just to fetch a credit card. There isn't an express queue. No sympathy from the consultant. A poor show!!

I have never left a review on anything but this standard bank brunch has to be the worst, l was there to collect money from money gram and there was only one teller working , l waited for 45 minutes only to be told that the manager was not there to authorise my transaction and that l should go to another bank. Very poor management because they could have told me that as soon as l arrived not make me wait the queue only to be dissapointed.

Consultants are helpful and friendly but the place is terribly understaffed. Waiting time to see consultant around 1 to 1.5 hours This is not acceptable from what is supposedly a first world institution. I had to come in for something that could not be resolved online. Either step up your online offerings or staff your branches correctly. Vey disappointing. I bank with FNB as well and get a superior service from them.

The staff are overwhelmed and customers have to wait in a long queue in order to see a consultant. When you finally get to the consultant they are very helpful. But only one to three consultants on duty at a time is understaffed. This needs to be addressed.There are twelve people in the queue and only two consultants on duty at present. I have been in the queue for half an hour already and it is 12:00pm. Please hire more staff and add on another two work stations on the main counter. This is a busy bank and would like to give it 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Be careful !Tried to withdraw cash from outside ATM with a foreign card . Unfortunately my card was swallowed into the ATM . Asked bank personnel for assistance but they could not help as an authorised person can only open the machine . After 24 hours I received email from bank that no credit card was found in ATM ? I cancelled card and asked for new one .

These 5 stars are for hiring Bulelwa! He was quick, polite and extremely competent! And cleaned up the queue in ten minutes!

Friendly staff but excruciating wait times. I waited over an hour just to get a statement. Some digital banking related queries can occupy staff for 45min or more (not including queuing time) so if your issue is uncommon be prepared to waste half a day here.
