A Nice quiet government-initiated affordable housing project-A Good initiative to get more First timers onto the housing ladder, especially those who may be discriminated against by the banking system due to thr hereditary social inequalities that plague the SA society.Located in the Blue Downs in the Northern suburbs of Cape Town, this was a quiet little-known site to me.The lot sizes are small to accommodate more units and reduce pricing. Landscaping is still pending and so, it doesn't offer much greenery or scenery. Allocations made for playgrounds and possibly further units.All in all, a good initiative- one had to hope there will be more and that a strong body corporate will develop organically to maintain and sustain the development.

It gives me more customers for security gates and burglar bars

It's a nice quiet neighborhood ..there's security during the day that control who comes in and out unless the residents who have access to open and close the gate, however there's no control at night no security therefore making residents vulnerable to acts of crime
