Absolutely disappointed in the service received!!! Phoned numerous times to find out about a certain cartridge and was told it would be delivered today at 11:30 approximately.Went into the store at the given time and was told it hasn’t been delivered. Continued to wait and then was told the specific cartridge wasn’t delivered I have to wait till next week. I have a child that has school work that needs to be done.Disgraceful service and so disappointing

I advised the gentleman at the counter that I only use samsung toners on my machine. He advised that his toners are exactly the same. I am dissapointed as the printing is moist which then leads to paper jams and the copies are so bad you cannot read them there are black marks all over. Very unhappy tried calling on this number and their phone just rings. stick to original toners please.

Excellent service,bought two black ink cartridges on Tuesday only to find that I could save money by buying a laser printer instead. I went home to discuss the deal with my Son & he also felt it was a good idea. The was a slight problem as I had already purchased the ink cartridges & needed a refund which was to credited towards the price of the laser printer. The store was initially reluctant but after some hassling every was agreed to,now I have new laser printer :-)

Only one person working here and you have to wait for her to finish attending to the current customer and in the middle of that she has to keep calling someone else on the phone to help her. This is time consuming. Also their prices are high for generic cartridges instead if the original brands. I ended up leaving the store without being assisted as I had waiting for too long.
