Helloe there, I bought plain yogurt pick n pay brand yesterday, l work next to them, when l got the shop l put inside the fridge l didn’t eat it, when l opened it, l saw that it was off,looked for my receipt l couldn’t find it, l knew l wasn’t going to get a refund but l went there to show them, only for them to be rude and be ignorant, a tall guy was very rude and am very disappointed

Pick n Pay my favourite store to get my groceries. The staff are warm and friendly. Just love shopping at this branch.

It is generally very convenient to shop here, but the isles have turned into storage. I initially thought it was temporary but it is starting to become a challenge just maneuvering through the isles. It definitely does not enhance the shopping experience!The queues at the tills are usually too long as well, even though not all the tills are open.

Horrible service I got today. So there was loadshedding and I didn't have my ATM card with me so I had to withdraw R200 via cash sent to pay for 3 items at Pick and Pay. 3:35pm and nobody was willing to help, all 4 tills didn't have a mere R200 for me to withdraw so I can pay for items at their own store..... m disappointed. Given the fact that I shop there almost daily.... all I could say was wow....

There is something very discomforting about the people who work here. Today we bought a full load of groceries and literally 4 employees were standing and sitting right next to our till and they could see that we needed help with packing. The lady at the till could not be bothered. She even started helping the next person before we were done packing.The staff attitude is consistently horrible. The store itself is fine but the people who work here are the problem. which automatically makes it the managers fault. They have no concern for customers.

This store is very well run, friendly staff who are helpful and kind. The store is clean and the isles are more spacious now. It's pleasant to shop. Andile is doing a good job.

They don't stock up on my usual essentials. What I can't find there I (including the one at Campus Square), I find at Checkers or Shoprite. If they could stock up for their market share (students) and not just the upper middle class that is also situated in the area and surrounding...

If i could rate a minus 5 i would do so. I occasionally use this pick 'n pay as the goods are refresh and its a quick stop before heading home and the staff typically does not give the greatest service. However today was the last straw for me. I approached a cashier by the name of Gugu Majola apparently as the cashier supervisor confirmed. I placed my items of the teller and she aggressively pushed my items to the side and started spraying sanitizer on not only on the till on the items I wanted to purchase. Mind you she didnt even great or acknowledge my presence as a customer who was about to perchase. I was clearly profiled because of my race as a black women as dont believe she would have given a person of a different race that type of treatement. Upon questioning her behavior and horrible attitude and aggression towards the items I was about to purchase with my money she then had the nerve to tell me why are you coming her with an attitude" as if she was doing me a favout. How does one question a customers frustration for being mistreated instead of acknowledging and apologizing. I would have preferred for her to ask me politely to wait for her to sanitize the station before placing my items on the counter instead of aggressively pushing items that I was about to purchase with my own money. I further asked for a cash back and she told me to go and ask her supervisor as she was not prepared to help me. Please note that management was present and watching this unfold and no one intervened with sympathy and remorse for their collegues behavior. Her superior or supervisor rather advised her to keep quiet instead of firstly apologizing to me for her subordinates disgusting service. I walked out of there having received the most awful customer service. No one was polite

Not really all that great with regards to vegan and gluten free products. They used to have Herbivore products but not anymore. I wouldn't bother even going back
