Had the most amazing power lift treatment with a face massage followed by an enzyme therapy mask. Great for blood flow and my skin was glowing the next day. Loved it!

Veronika has a gift...and skills! I went to see her for a sculpting session and while I had 'so called face massages' before, Veronika took it to another level! I felt like she opened up a new part of my body -which is the scalp and introduced me to an enhanced body awareness. After the session I physically felt more whole ...like a sleeping/neglected part of the body re awakened. I can't wait for the next session!!

V is an amazing therapist ! I have had lash lifts done at many of Cape Town’s so called ‘ premier always fully booked ‘ salons and none have done a better job than Vertex! Professional , super clean , beautiful space with a wonderful energy! V genuinely cares for her clients and wants to provide a service that is beneficial - no unsolicited advice or pushing of products here! I won’t be going anywhere else!

The only issue I had there was the therapist being late for a treatment and another time Veronika didn’t appear at all - I had to wait for 15 minutes to figure out she didn’t see the appointment booked. Well, that can happen but I at least would expect a discount or another way of compensation as an excuse. Nothing like that was offered, just a dry “I am sorry”. Not very professional in my opinion. Therefore 3 stars, for the customer experience. Other then that, the treatments were pleasant and nicely done.

Veronika has magical hands. Since going for the mysofacial sculptural massages I have seen and felt a positive difference. It is a reviving experience each time, and leaves me relaxed. Her focus is with concern and knowledge and ability to respond to my pains and stress has been incredible. I highly recommend a massage experience with Vertex Cosmetology, it is life changing. Looking forward to my next treatment.
