Grand Mags and Tyres

Very good service. Unfortunately the wheels I wanted did not work out in my car, but the owner Mike tried his best to help fix the problem. Something one does not experience every day. He is a very nice gentleman and they have a wide variety of wheels, but my car was just not responding well to aftermarket wheels and he refunded me in full. Highly recommend them if your looking for tyres or wheels. They sure do stand by their products and customer satisfaction seems to be their highest priority.

Pricey selection of wheels. Can be found cheaper if you shop around. Some wheels are replicas and not genuine, which is typically not indicated when advertised by this company.

No option for zero stars so 1 will have to suffice , worst possible people to deal with everyone thinks that they are the boss , owner is highly disrespectful and arrogant . do not deal with these people there are far more reputable service providers . STAY AWAY

I bought new 20” rims and tires from them, yes name is Jack. I put on the rims and felt a vibration, emailed them twice no answer for weeks. Got hold of Jack via phone, told him I am in Cape Town next week and will let the rims checked. They found out the rims not new and all damaged , I phoned Jack and the lying part started again, apparently he has no rims and needs to order, I was stuck in Cape Town for 2 weeks because they said it’s dangerous to drive with these rims. I found out that Jack had rims in the shop from day one I spoke to him, it was confirmed from another employee. It took them another 5 days to send new rims to CT. Rimsarrived and 3 out of 4 damaged, apparently the currier company but you could see that was impossible. I still don’t have new rims and they stopped talking to me. This is a big warning, if you buy there you might face the same story they don’t care and specific Jack, owner knows the story but never contacted me to apologize, It cost me R34k for the faulty rims and about 20 k to stay and wait in Cape Town for 2 weeks listening to the lies of Montecarlo tires in Gauteng.

Very poor service. I waited 3 hours for the car to be jacked apparently they only have one jack

Great service from Mike. I bought a set of All Terrains and had them shipped down to me in the Western Cape. They were extremely well priced, the special was nearly 40% cheaper than anywhere else. Not being able to view the tyres I was a bit concerned. However Mike arranged a video call and showed me his workshop and the tyres.

Absolutely shocking service. Had my daughters wheels sprayed they look worse than when I took it there. What's worse is that it two days longer to do than promised. When I went to fetch the car they had scratched the wheels so badly fitting that had to redo them. I wish I could give zero stars

The service is terrible. Mags look like they came out of a accident after being so called repaired. Staff are totally clueless and arrogant. Wont even take a spare rim to these people. Its not worth wasting money for such bad workmanship and arrogance.
