Amazing service from the Renault Durban team. Service consultant Raeesa Khan was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. She followed through from booking to collection of my vehicle. The workshop foreman Adrian Chetty was excellent. He gave me good advice and completed a thorough diagnostics on my vehicle. I was informed during the entire process from diagnostics to repair to completion. I've been to other branches and have not received the same service as Renault Durban.I will NOT take my vehicle to any other branch besides Renault Durban in future. Thank you guys!

I'm in awe of how efficient and helpful Wayne Michael is. I had a dream of owning a car, but with a million obstacles in my path. He made it possible within 2 -days of speaking to him. An empathetic person who went out of his way to assist me, turned into a motivational speaker.He works with an amazing team Liezel et al, all went beyond the call of duty, pushed after hours for my birthday gift to be a possibility. Wayne stayed behind on Friday, even took photos way past his shift. I have never experienced such world class customer service.. It was an overwhelming experience, assisted by Wayne. Was just walking by and looking at the cars he approached me very well and offered to check if I do qualify for a chosen vehicle and boom yes I was qualifying I took the vehicle home same day, couldn't belive. Thank you Wayne Michael.

I had a friendly and quick attention.However I am not in support of their shuttle policy.To arrange for one's transport is challenging to us as patrons seeing that COViD-19 levels are this low.They need to relook into this matter.

I had a great experience the staff was really friendly. The only bad part was that the vehicle that I'm interested in was not available at that dealership but the salesperson did his best by organizing a middle trim vehicle for test driving. Although it not the same as the one that I want.
