Beautiful and sophisticated touch with each room. The main reason why I am rating this place at 2 stars only is because of the unprofessional staff of the salon/spar next to the entrance. They argue with each other in front of clients and they are super unfriendly. Tried to set am appointment with them for 2 days. They eventually put me in their waiting list and said to sms me when it is my turn, they never did. Went back to check why, they lied and on their book you can see that you were clearly skipped despite the fact that I booked in with my family for a weekend stay for my birthday. No contact number to at least book an appointment. You can tell that the owner got a bunch of untrained and unprossional foreigners in the name of cheap labor to maximize his/her own profit forgetting that long standing businesses stand still due to great customer service not fancy lighting and deco. Management need to restructure and train staff but most importantly to remember that no matter how good you think you are
