Mr Johannes Monareng, Sorry for your experience but Please note this, We are CUPSENG BRICK MACHINES, the person whom you bought your machines from is not our employee nor our sales person, he buys and sell for his own company. It is unfair for you to rate us negatively whereas you purchased via a third person and not direct from us. The machine in question was a special order which we received the dimensions and specification from that person and not direct from you, we made the machine according to the specifications we received, it was wrong to you yet it was to the specifications we received. You made arrangements to exchange the machine with him and that was not communicated with us, we would not exchange a special order hence we fixed the machine according to your specifications, the negative rating has to be given to those you bought your machines from and not us. Please note, we are CUPSENG BRICK MACHINES and not represented by anyone in Pretoria.

Horrible experience, I was given the first machine which it was working fine, after then I bought the second one which was not tested. Communicated to change the machine which we agreed over the phone. When I got to the side, the machine was tested, and faults were detected. They now want to fix the machine not replace it . I'm very unhappy with the service. The supervisor was very rude to me. I drove from Lephalale to Rustenburg with my own fuel. They need to reimburse my fuel because it is not my problem that the machine was not tested. I will definitely need another supplier from here. Rating is zero, it's just it does not allow me .
