No backup service, not even from head office. Bought a pair of Profit Assassin, genuine leather, oil and waterproof, non slip etc, seeing that I am a rep and it is safety requirements in workshops. In 9 months after purchase I wore it about 3 months, stitching came loose on soles, when mentioned, lady reluctantly said 3 months warranty, sorry... And thats it... Maybe I am pitty, but the shoe cost me 800 rand. I would rather purchase another brand from another supplier, and confirm warranty period upfront

A prompt visit by Jeremy after my initial call, followed by quick delivery from an obviously well stocked store. However, when one of our other PPE suppliers failed to deliver on time, Pienaar Bros stepped in and delivered JIT. Impressive service for PE!!!
