I had a really bad experience with an online retailer for solar panels recently and was hesitant to take that plunge again, but Powerforum store really restored my faith. I did the request for quote last week Wednesday, received the quote on Friday afternoon and paid the same day. The panels arrived this morning (Tuesday), less than two business days later. Their prices are competitive and service is excellent. You can't go wrong with them.

Steve designed and specified my full system, every single thing down to the very last nut and bolt, and then recommended a great installer as well. During the delivery period he was constantly in touch with me, communicating progress, and after the install as well, to find out if I was still happy. I was deeply impressed, one seldom receives such a great level of service these days. 10 months later and I am still very pleased with my installation.Update: It is almost 3 years since my original installation, and things are still great!I had another installation done about a year ago, also designed and supplied by The Powerforumstore, at another home in a completely different part of the country. Steve once again made sure that I was satisfied, and it is also still performing very well. Thank you Steve and thank you Powerforum store!
