This review is not for mr price home, its for the normal Mr Price opposite pick n pay.I had terrible customer service yesterday. A lady with red hair was screaming and speaking to her other colleague saying that customers are so irritating, they just leave clothes how they like and this thing of them looking for something thats not here is irritating. Mind you, i did not touch the section she was fixing. She further came and started moving hangers while i was looking through the sale section. This was the worst service I had received in my entire life. How do you speak so negatively about customers in their presence? Can you comprehend how I felt? I dont know if she thought I couldn’t hear her cause i had earphone on or what. But I know what she did was unacceptable and is not of standard. Dont get me started on how they suddenly rush you when the store is about to close. The rudeness skyrockets when they are closing. This used to be my go to store but not anymore.

The staff gets upset when you ask why they are not assisting. Evelyn was the lady who couldn't be bothered about helping me.

Mr price home is generally a good store but 2/4 staff members that were on duty during the 26th of July 2020 by the campus square mrp home gave bad service to most of the customers. Myself and 4 of my friends went there to purchase a few things for our new apartment. We all went on different times as there were things we had forgotten yet all of us experienced bad service from the cashiers, the male cashier and one female cashier to be specific.

This was my second visit in 3 days. The store is inside campus square and has excellent pricing. The Christmas spirit was not with everyone but I am grateful that they were open today!

The store is good and has sales. The cons about it is that there is a university campus near it, so students stock on the sales and you won't find nice close on te hangers for too long. Go to the one in Cresta if u want to slay.

I've had terrible service today. They won't allow you to try on white clothing and they don't have the same clothing in different colours and when they do they have the item in a different color they don't even have the same size. The workers are dismissive and don't care about customer satisfaction in the slightest. I left without buying anything because I wasn't able to try it on. Please hire people who actually want to do their jobs.

They do not answer their phones when they are called. I bought a few items online and picked up from the store. Because I'm pregnant I asked for a packet instead of the box it came in to make it easier to carry. I was willing to pay for the extra packet. The cashier insisted I take a trolley instead.

There’s a girl the her name is Melisa she’s very rude, she insulted. Her colleagues tried to stop her but she kept on being rude, she called us stupids. I’ll never go there again.
