Highly recommended the Diamond Club! The service that Pierre & team provided was superb. Our consultation with Pierre was professional and straight-to-point where there was no sales pitch at all. He provided us with useful information about diamonds which allowed us to make an informed choice within our budget and I end up with a beautiful ring that I simply adore. Will definitely return for the wedding bands, which I would also like to add that I appreciate Pierre's recommendation about getting used to the engagement ring first and think about what style of wedding band to go with it (basically not jump straight into it) - Something that a typical jewellery chain store won't do.Thank you Pierre & team!

Recently bought an engagement ring from Pierre and Pam. Amazing customer service in helping me choose the perfect diamond and with designing the ring itself.The ring needed urgent resizing in order to get it to fit perfectly, and they did this in an hour, free of charge. Couldn't recommend the Diamond Club highly enough. Thank you to Pierre & Pam for helping make this milestone in our lives an unforgettable experience.

The service from Pierre and everyone else was fantastic from consult to pick-up - and when we got the ring it was perfect! Pierre talked me through all the different aspects and made us the perfect engagement ring! We did have to get it resized but that was expected, and that was done very quickly also! I cannot recommend Pierre and the team at The Diamond Club enough :)

Our experience with Pierre was fantastic. He was able to source the diamond with specifications that we wanted and crafted the ring exactly as the picture we showed him. His prices was also the best out of the 4 options that we had. Turnaround time was much quicker than we expected. The ring is absolutely stunning. If you are looking for the perfect ring then you need to speak to Pierre!

From our first experience in the shop, where Pierre sat down with us and discussed exactly what we would like and explained the process of choosing a diamond. To picking up my beautiful ring, which he made in less than 2 weeks. Why buy jewellery anywhere else when he will make exactly what you want for the best price?!

It is my birthday this week and my hubby went to The Diamond Club with all the explanations and drawings that I gave him on what I would love for a birthday ring for my 40th. Needless to say I received the best birthday gift ever. The attention to detail and excellent craftsmanship that went into designing and making the ring - there are no words. It really is something special. Thank you Pierre and staff for listening to my hubby try and explain all the details for the design and for getting it more than right. We will definitely be back to design more jewellery and be a regular customer.

The Diamond club gave my wife the ring of her dreams. Pierre was fantastic to work with, he helped me with choices, gave me an amazing price and was professional throughout the entire process. I personally couldn’t recommend him enough, my wife gets a comment usually at least once a day how amazing her ring is. Best in Australia let alone Perth

I was extremely happy with the customer service, quality and speed which the team at the diamond club deliver. Pierre was very helpful in the process of picking an engagement ring and was happy to answer all questions.When later my partner and I decided to get an alteration made for the ring, Pierre was more than happy to help and even provide a refund for the difference in using a smaller diamond. We will definitely be back for our wedding bands.Highly recommend visiting, thank you for the beautiful engagement ring!
