I am glad i was recommended to this gyn by Doctor Pillay. If it wasn't that i had a very patient Gyn i am sure i would have ended at C-section. I delivered my baby with no stitches at all.i will not mention his care and friendliness when you go for appointments. I saw my money working i am happy and would definitely choose him again for my next pregnancy.

What a pleasant experience, I am glad I read reviews and managed to get an appointment. I am really looking forward to be taking this journey with him. Baby is now 6 months. I am really grateful he is an excellent Dr and his l receptionist is really great, the only the disappointment was the disagreement regarding asking my tubes to be tied. I know it is a big decision but I feel like I know what I want for me and my body

Dr Petse successfully guided my partner and I through our first pregnancy. He is such a great doctor. Patient, well-informed, open-minded, efficient and funny. His humour and smile really made us feel at ease, even when complications arose. Our delivery was exactly what I wanted and I am so grateful for Dr Petse and his team.

I was referred to Dr Petse by my GP so I Googled him before my appointment and was intrigued by such positive reviews. I then called to make an appointment and was assisted by a very friendly lady by the name of Phili, she politely advised that their next available date is in June and I explained to her that I can’t wait until then as my specialist visit approval from my medical aid scheme would have expired. She then asked me to call back in a few days to check if they will have space, indeed I called back and she was able to make an appointment for me. On the day that I went to see the Dr, I met the receptionist, Phili, and saw how professional she was with all the patients. Fast forward to my actual appointment, Dr Petse was just as he was described.. very professional as well. He examined, diagnosed and explained my condition in detail as I had not heard of it before. He was also very patient & willing to answer all the questions that I had for him. I highly recommend him.

My wife says the doctor was amazing. I got a chance to speak to the doctor too and felt my wife was in very good hands after our conversation. Very pleasant and engaging doctor, quite humorous and more Importantly, he's very knowledgeable about his job which is what we appreciated the most about him.

Dr Petse is the BEST when i was 31 weeks with my last born my blood pressure was extremely high he booked me for an emergency c section and basically saved our lives. My baby is turning 4 this month. Thank you Dr Petse

The Dr was very dishonest with me. During our consultations, I had advised the doctor that I would like to close as I do not want to have anymore kids. We had a planned C-Cection and the Dr agreed with me until the very last minute when I was advised by the assisting Dr that Dr Petse doesn't close. This was very deceitful from his side as I was NOT going to continue seeing this Dr if I had known from the beginning. Now I have to make alternative means which has caused a very huge inconvenience, time and money for me.

Dr Petse is the absolute best, I walked into his office clueless on how my delivery journey would play out, as I had just changed from another obgyn/gynae who I was not satisfied with, and from the very first visit, I knew we'd gone to the right person. He determined the delivery date after breaking down the different options I had. Obviously baby decided when he'd arrive, but even then he was available for us, communicated timeously and supported us throughout the whole experience. He is very attentive, personable and excellent at what he does... safe to say I delivered my gorgeous baby at Waterfall Netcare hospital under his care. Phindi, his assistant is also such a people's person, patient and accommodating when necessary. I'd recommend him and his team any day...He is excellent, caring, easy to talk to and goes over and beyond ... my baby is almost a month old and I have no regrets, all thanks to Dr Petse it was a smooth experience.
