Pathetic service. Their tecnicians do not answer their phones . I am without power because my token gets rejected because of the prepaid meter. No service at all.

Terrible and rude service! I am being forced to get a Tshwane pre-paid meter installed. Machite Engineering has been sent to install it, but even after day 3 the meter does not work, my electric box has been burned, the electrician cannot present any form of qualification and it does not look as if they know what they are doing
