Herotel support centre - is one of the worst in my experience. I have been without internet since last week Thursday, and has not being fixed, calls been placed agents been spoken to job cards being escelated and yet nothing team leader does not assist ....

I am a customet from Queenstown that runs his own business. I made a scheduled appointment for four o' clock for Herotel to log in via anydesk to sort out my email.This as Herotel has no-one that can physically help me in Queenstown to set up my email. EL is 220kms away and I cannot afford to drive there from Queenstown at this time.So I cleared my schedule and waited at 4pm to no avail.I guess I will have to try again tomorrow.

Our company has been with several ISP's in the past 7 years and nearly all have subsequently been absorbed by Herotel. From a business continuity perspective, this is advantageous for a company that has multiple locations. We have one point of contact as opposed to multiple service providers and the complex task of coordinating all of them. Aside from the ease to deal with Herotel, they have certainly gone above and beyond to cater to our unique infrastructure. As a private individual I too have fiber installed at my home, and in nearly two years I have not experienced any downtime whatsoever. The professionalism and efficacy with which their personnel operates sets the bar high for every other ISP.In short, I highly recommend Herotel in both my professional and private capacity.

Regret the day I joined this service ..has been nothing but a pain ..recently charged R530 for a call out and I was failed to be informed that's the fee my account is now suspended and management told me basically that's my problem I'm liable to pay that call out fee I fail to understand why I must pay for them to come have a look at why their product that I payed for is giving me problems. And they insist they told me about the R500 I've been struggling to get help since 2 weeks back and now that I said they must come fetch their product with no hesitation I've received a cancelation form .my problem since not solved.Wow!!

4 calls in 5 months only to be told each time - the technician is going to make changes" on their end. Solves nothing and still sitting with unstable WiFi speeds and connections that appear and disappear when they feel like it."

Since having two massive poles stuck in our garden more than a year ago and having signed up for a fibre package, nothing has happened.It's impossible to chat to anyone about an installation date and in the meantime we have to tolerate a ver patchy WiFi signal. Perhaps it's time to move to another service provider. One that can actually offer a service

Herotel East London was once an incredible service provider but over the last 2 years (We have been clients for over 7 years) their service has become non-existent and the product barely works anymore. We have outages weekly and slower and slower internet, but quick to take money

Hi herotel was her in komga they don't get signal know they said it will take three weeks to pay me back and know they want proof off my bank account I send them the proof off payment what I done we must pay quickly but know they want to take there time to pay back and need it to get other internet

When I considered to change my internet provider I have asked a few different internet providers to give me more information regarding what they offer. Well, Herotel contacted me within seconds and was very impressed. Only out of the 5 different internet providers only two got back to me and Herotel was one of them. The other service provider was a pest after the quote they given me as they did not stop phoning for the sale. As I told them I was waiting for other providers to contact me. Eventually I had to block them to stop phoning me 5 times a day. After a week waiting for other quotes I phoned Herotel to install my fiber. The sales lady Catherine Schwulst was so friendly and so helpful with the forms that I needed to complete. After I send it back to her again within seconds she phoned me and confirmed that the forms has been send to the installation department. The next day I received a call from the installation people they will install that morning. WOW that is what I call service here in the Eastern Cape. When they installed the router they were so friendly I felt like we knew each other for years. About 3 months after the installation the guy that installed the router ran into me at the Spar in Gonubie and came to me and asked if everything still okay with the fiber. What company staff will do that after hours or after they got your business. NON of the businesses staff will do that but Herotel staff. And the best is they got a whatsapp group if you have problem with connection, again I had a problem connecting and within less then a minute they got hold of me to solve the problem and the problem was my inverter and not the router. I highly recommend Herotel to anyone as this is the best service I got and still get. WELL DONE !! to you all from Sales department to the Installing department and even Marketing Manager Mark Richter.Thank youVicky
