I'm so disappointed that a second interview was not conducted for me, knowing how scarce jobs are. I explained throughly that I didn't have a proper phone and if another interview could be scheduled but the receptionist was hella rude and just said no ...not apologetic or anything.i know that I could be this company's biggest asset,but it's okay. .I'll find something.

Last time I saw the cars spare weel, was when Towtruck driver insisted that we should not remove it from damaged vehicle.I ended up having to opening a Police Docket for theft from motor vehicle, as it was removed, and we now have to claim from insurance.

After 1 month of them NOT returning my money - which was overpaid due to them invoicing incorrectly. I was told yesterday that since I brought it to my insurance's attention, the insurance can now sort the refund out and it will now take longer. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING to be keeping money that doesn't belong to you and then threatening to keep it even longer.

Last night I was involved in an accident and a guy by the name Curtis Sanderson assisted. He went above and beyond trying to assist me during my time of destress and was so helpful in trying to capture the guy who had driven into my car and attempted to escape. I strongly recommend asking for assistance from him

Fast service but the after sales is terrible, they over charge you, rob you by getting you to sign forms whilst your adrenaline is still pumping and you can't think clearly, never ever ever use this service, unless you want to be a victim of day light robbery. On site they pretend like they want to help, but all they want is to charge you ridiculous amounts of money, for nothing really.They tell you a verbal price, then turn around and say that it means nothing. Very dishonest business, beware people, beware of these snakes. Like your insurance company will tell yo, DO NOT let them tow your vehicle!!!!

I have not used them and never will consider using them after seeing and first hand experiencing how reckless and dangerously the tow trucks drive. Within the last month I had two bad driving encounters with first help vehicles. One where i was pushed out of the lane I was driving in (with no warning or indication) so 4 trucks could get to one scene. And tonight after a tow truck almost collided into our car on the N1 (resulting in myself getting a huge bump on my head and mcflurry everywhere) Called customer service to report bad driving, they really just didnt seem to care.

Terrible experience, almost killed in a head on collision with 2 First Help towing pickups that went waxing through a red robot on Malibongwe yesterday, crossing Republic.Absolute maniacs
