Despite explaining, at length the type of locksets we required they supplied the incorrect locksThen waited 2 weeks for replacements which were not forthcoming.When I phoned to enquire the lady ( Anneline?) simply does not allow one to talk and speaks right over you- rather odd for someone who is supposed to be there" for a customer.As of today still no joy and still no locks which are holding up the build.And to make matters worse one of he pivot door hinge kits supplied was also faulty- I shudder to think what it will take to rectify that as wellUpdate: Finally received the correct locksets however now with one key each!Lock sets always come with at least 2 keys

Most unhelpful and disinterested group of people you could meet. One guy, Chris was helpful, but the others make you feel like you are a liability. Very little product knowledge and zero interest. So pleased I managed to find the same product at a competitor.

They have gotten my order for 5 door handles wrong 4 times. I placed an order on 12 December 2020 and on 5 March 2021 I still don't have the correct material to finish the job.
