We were helped by the waitor and we waited for more than an hour for our food and when the food came it was not up to standards food was cold there was hair on my plate and the waitor was so indenile and the service was very bad no serviets on the tables I would not recommend anyone to use there service. Very bad first experience I would not even give them 1 star for the bad service we got.

Massive menu with many items and sides not available. Food is strong, bathroom was not clean. Garlic naan tasteless. Drinks came after we finished the food. Wide variety of milkshakes. The milkshakes are delicious. Friendly service but timing is off.

Was a bit disappointed did not get chocolate samosa. Otherwise the food was good and filling. They were short on drinks by the time I got there. I would recommend for dinner and desserts.

Waited over 50 minutes, everything cold, no butter for the bread only sauce available is tomotoe sauce and the place was empty no communication in the 50 minutes we waited and we did book prior to coming, place definetly a once off visit

Stay away from this place. Purchased wikideals coupon. Service is extremely extremely slow. Our orders was wrong. They run out of stock and don't communicate anything. Then when we ask all they say is sorry we didn't tell you. There was still paper on the burger. Nothing is what is advertised. Poor service and poor food. Waited over an hour for old waffles. All the toppings also not given due to no stock. Would not recommend this place.

Bought wiki deals breakfast. Made booking. Were the only people. Waited 30 min. When we started eating, the cockroaches came from everywhere. Under the table out of couches. Wife got such a fright. We just left everything and left. I was wondering why we were the only customers. Our first and last time.

My boyfriend and I purchased a Hyperli voucher recently. We were excited to try out this place. Long story short, the entire experience was very unsatisfactory.Food: we opted for the burgers, but nothing was “ultimate” about the ultimate burger. They don’t provide you with the basics i.e., salt/tomato sauce The waiter had to get one of each from another family that was seated at the only other table occupied (apart from us)Drinks: they only had coke, the waiter ran next door to get bottled water as they didn’t haveToilets: not very sanitary, not well-keptService: they do not answer your calls, they do not offer a good service in its entiretyI really hope they read our reviews and make changes. I hope they can turn the bad into good and prosper. All the best.

If I could give a -1, I would. We were the only people in the place when we got there,the food however took over 30 minutes to get there. When it did come ,it was SO cold,the buns were old and the cheese on there practically tasted like it came out of the fridge moments agoWe waited another 30-35 minutes for our dessert as well. I was utterly disappointed in this place
