4 stars for the Lady who assisted me via email and phone. One of the dresses arrived without a belt and couldn't exchange sizes as style phase were out of stock. Their online platform took about a week to reflect what wasn't available anymore.

I have ordered a few times from Style Phase happy with the clothes and shoes very affordable, quality is good too, and they have a excellent customer service they picked up damaged heels and replaced them within a week when I emailed them. I'm so grateful that I found them on Instagram since then I'm hooked to the online store thank you Style Phase God bless your business

Website shows that they stock, no stock at the shop. When asking for the item in question, we are told rudely to just go check on the other side of the store"Pathetic service

I placed an order online, i never received any confirmation with regards to my order. So I sent an email and even sent proof of payment. But still no luck. No one is responding to emails now and the 087 number is not working

I am so happy with my order! I placed my order for delivery to jhb on the 15th of April and received it today. There was a delay but I was kept informed about it by such amazing customer service. I opened up all my packages today and I was blown away! The quality of the clothes is absolutely amazing! The sizes are true to size and I do not regret buying any single item. I am busy with my second order now and I will be buying from here religiously from now on.
