Didn't record any of my order details and forgot so they had to call me on the day of pickup to say it was delayed due to forgetting the details, underquoted price for my printing (told me $132 and then it was $140 all up), printed my order wrong anyway so I had do an extra trip. Said they closed 4:30pm instead of 5. Not very professional

I went to Snap East Perth to print some documents for an interview. The man who served me showed me a condescending attitude from the beginning - if I wasn't running late to an interview because Officeworks had shut, I would have walked out within the first minute.He handed me the printed documents, which I proceeded to check through. I asked how much it would cost? He said $5". I asked how much is it per page as I expected it to be about $4? He said "10c per page - so

Good quality print and quick serviceI need my portfolio urgently so requested for pick up at same day. After sending my file an hour later , I found my pdf file missing 1 page (my bad) and need to reprintI called them immediately, and they helped me print again , when I picked up and paid ,they didn’t charge me twice !Also the price is very reasonable, cheaper than officework with better quality paper and printing! Thanks so much : )
