Perhaps it was just my chalet, which was chalet number 5, but that unit was not good. The linen felt very strange. The bed was horrible. The pillows were horrible. The shower was absolutely terrible. There was about a quarter of a roll of toilet paper for us to use. At 10am, promptly, the cleaning person came and stared at us until we left.Not a good experience, but it was that shower that was the nail in the coffin for me.

This was a horrible stay i was only here for 1 day and there were bat dropping everywhere the beds weren't tidy at all there were a ton of spiders I wish I could give it a zero but I can't do that so I have to give it one not even toilet paper lights don't work the place doesn't look like the pictures on Google it looks old and everything is broken very bad stay

I booked accommodation for 24 February 2023. Reception said the key to the chalet would be left with the security guard. I arrived at 19h15, as per the arrangement. There was no security guard to be found. I had to find accommodation elsewhere. After a long days travelling this was very frustrating and inconvenient.

Lovely accommodation! We stayed here for one night and booked by phone the same day we arrived. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the rooms were tidy, spacious and comfortable. Unit 7 has a very nice self catering kitchen and dining area, perfect for a bigger party. Highly recommend!

Good service and overnight guest house if you had a long journey. Don't let the bad road deter you from stopping. There is a swimming pool and self catering braai facilities but you can always get dinner at the Geel Huis closeby if you don't want to prepare it yourself.
