I repeat don’t go there… I send my client there without me they made her to pay for extra board nd when I told her about it she confronted then when she’s going to collect woods but they brushed her because she doesn’t know much about this until I went there my self to confront them , that’s where they refunded the money. How can u be charged for 5 sheet’s while cutting list is need 4? Crooks this ones

The customer service was impeccable. They were really eager to help me with all my boards and cutting needs and their response time was by far the best I've had in the this industry. Very accommodating and honest with their opinions. A definite must for anyone looking to buy boards, having edging done or for any hardware accessories.

Shockingly bad cut and edge job supplied by these guys. Having made the manager aware he does not respond to calls and messages. Pathetic customer service. Rather use Petit or CTeak for your cutting and edging.Follow up: I have sent you an email as per your response below stating the issues and also that you were well aware of the complaint prior to your response to this. It has bee 6 days since my email to you and there has been no response at all.Follow up : Two weeks now and no response from your company other than ban me from your facebook page to try prevent me telling letting people know how you guys operate. DISGUSTING.
