Well it was a busy weekend, we attended a sports tournament, and the host hired out the venue, for us we train the whole day and it was such convenience for us to be able to shower at the hall, it was super clean, lots of space and awsome ventilation.I you have a sports event, it's a big yes if you want to hire out the place

Good parking and security. Clean restrooms. We enjoyed a happy fun time with the Icon Crew/Staff playing games and learning about games and SF and fantasy lore and trivia.

Basically I haven't been here besides for when we have our exams but I would recommend it because it is a very nice place. The only downfall it has are all the signs of beware of snakes all around the building which can make one very anxious when at this place. But none the less the view is great.

Old Mutual Sports Hall
Sports venues this size are hard to find in KZN. It has a main floor area the size of 2 basketball courts plus more areas which can be used for warm ups or smaller events. There is plenty seating on the concrete stands. There are toilets and showers in the hall, but these could do with a thorough deep clean as there is a smell. The architect was Wynand Classes, former Springbok rugby captain.
