Mr Price Home Bedford Square

One of the smaller stores around but still has a great selection. Store is neat and has friendly staff. You can find anything for decorating your home including kitchen and bathroom accessories. Prices also competitive.

HiI have been shopping at the Bedford Square/Centre branch for years.The service was always impeccable.On numerous occasions in the mornings, there is no staff to be found only to go and search for them all standing and chit chatting by the tills.It happend *again* today 21/06/2023 between 09:30 and 10:30. I went to the desk for assistance and one of the ladies was so rude because I interrupted her conversation with her colleague. Please go check your CCTV footage. All staff on duty is slouching over the counter and non of them even notices customers in the store.This has always been my favorite branch and will always be.Best Regards,Disappointed but still loyal customer :(

Customer Service is not up to par.

Welcome to the slowest Mr price Home branch here everyone is lost including the manager, sometimes I feel I'm dealing with machines very slow in their service, but I mean we all love Mr price home, it's ok but not your favourite branch.

I have had to return a double bed mattress protector for the third time, as it does not fit the double bed base.The first two had no size tags and the third one had a size tag but still didn't fit.The sizes were displayed on the wraparound.. so what could be the problem.. I had bought their winter sheet sets and they fitted perfectly ... so I am not a happy customer no longer

They couldn't process my refund because the system was offline. Not the first time this has happened. Just seems like a bad way to run a business if you ask me.

Very good variety of home furnishings and nik naks. Prices are very reasonable on most goods. Service isn't that great

Great selection but staff is scarce if you looking for any assistance.

I find the staff to be incredibly helpful at this store, and they have a lot of great stock. It is one of the bigger Mr P Home stores I've been in.
