Store staff very helpful. Unfortunately bad experience with one parking attendant. I took my own trolley, simply because I really didn't have any cash on me and did not want him to take my trolley if I couldn't give a tip. I was told off why I did not buy him bread and clicking his tongue at me. I was very upset as I am a person who will always tip if I have and unfortunately I did not have and therefor took my own goods to the car and got told off for it. I tried calling head office as well as game itself but telephone nrs not working… very rude and not a nice way to leave your store. I will rather consider going to canal walk next time.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. Waited 30min at customer services to pick up an order, but no one in customer services. Long payment queues. I eventually went looking for a supervisor or manager and was told the manager was on leave. Plenty of people on the floor, but no one jumping in to assist. Disjointed, poorly run store.

Bought a a Russel hobs 3OL microwave and it failed me within 6 months had to return It. The same brand was on special at the time so I took the same brand and it’s now 6 months 2 weeks and having the same problem (start button not working) as the first one. Took it back to the store and now they telling me I have to wait 21 days for it to be fixed by suppliers.If we could stay that long without one then why do we buy them? So disappointed, this is really inconveniencing.

While in othe Game stores you see staff members everywhere you turn, this specific store gives you a warehouse kind of feeling. If you have a question, you're on your own.However shopping is quick and cleanliness is somehow maintained.

Worst game store I ever been to won't be going back here. They advertise an item on promotion, the description on the promotion matched the description exactly of the item I took but doesn't scan the price of promotion advertised. After going back and forth with about 4 employees and the manager fighting me telling me I am wrong and they won't give it to me for that price because it's not correct item I left the item all together. Wasted about 30mins trying to explain to them that their advertising is misleading if they telling me it's wrong item but couldn't show me the item that's on promotion either. Manager has no authority over pricing apparently and the staff gave me an attitude and rolled their eyes at me, speaking over me while I'm trying to talk. Complete disregard for customer service the worst I ever experienced. No one knows a thing if u ask questions. Ended up purchasing the item I wanted at a Differnt store for more money that same day and was such a pleasure!

I don't know what type of store this is anymore. Is it furniture or food, wholesale or retail, digital or drink. They are trying so hard to have a finger in everything that it just ends up looking a mess. And because their focus is so diverse their buying power is dimished so that the specials aren't as competitive as other stores.

I keep getting emails about specials on rechargeable light bulbs, but never have stock at N1City branch. All the phone numbers shown here on the Website don't work, for me to call and find out if they have any stock.

I have bought a bicycle online and waited for the delivery only to find out the delivery failed however on that same day the delivery was cancelled i contacted there customer service agent via chat who told me they are re booking it now i spoke to two agent who told me the same thing. even today the courier is not updatedand to make matters worse the driver of the courier lied by saying he called but i didn't answer my phone never ring i was waiting all day this is really poor serviceAnd this morning is still not updated i have someone at home waiting for this delivery no one can tell me when it will be updated or when i can expect a delivery and when i try calling the shop it says number not in service
