Excellent customer service. Ordering is simple and delivery is within expectations, sometimes earlier than expected. Pricing on stationery also favorable in comparison to similar companies.

We have always received very professional service. The Employees are helpful, friendly and very efficient.The website is user friendly and offer great products. They were also the only supplier willing to assist in delivering directly to our employees homes during lockdown. That is definitely going above and beyond. I highly recommend OfficeBox for any office needs.

My order 3 weeks ago was not fulfilled and I asked for a refund instead of back order. I have been promised the refund twice, but still nothing.If this was my company, I'd pay the customer out of my personal account to avoid embarassment and the bad reputation.Are you really okay with sullying your company's reputation for R114.63?!!Where is my refund???

I placed my order on the 19.12.2019 and i still have not received it. I was told that the office was away on leave" yet there was no notification on their online shopping website. I was called on Monday 6.1.2020 to say that my order will be delivered on Tuesday 7.1.2020. On the 7.1.2020 i got a call to say that my order will not be deliverd as the driver had a breakdown on route and that my order will be delivered the next day

I run a small print and information centre from home. Since doing business with officebox, i must say that they take care of your needs whether you are a big business owner to the smaller businesses too. They have excellent service and i have never had any issues.I personally am big on service delivery, and today it's really hard to find good service..but at officebox you are sure to find that. Service, professionalism and friendly service. Keep it up!
