Great prices on boards, but was disappointed with the accuracy of cutting, many variations in widths on my project, and some boards were not square. This resulted in me having to change dimensions of my project to meet the wrong cuts. Alot of extra unnecessary work.

The service was unfriendly and unhelpful. Got a curt message to say out of stock and on contacting them to discuss alternatives was told to email. Were not interested in helping via telephone to discuss alternatives. The wood required was needed for an urgent project but got zero assistance. Phoned a competitor who answered promptly and was extremely helpful. I will use the competitor from now on as their service is prompt and friendly.
