Incredible customer service, André is an absolute champ and going the extra mile seems to come naturally. Also William that does the deliveries is the kindest guy you'll ever meet. You guys have a customer for life!

Tinash is the most rude and arrogant sales person you can come across. Will not recommend that you get a service from him. Selling faulty stuff and refusing to take it back after he saw that its faulty and he becomes so rude and defensive.

Entering the place is a safety risk. Staff was helpful, but it's a market place for back-yard-mechanics and panel beaters. A bit over priced too. No record of parts available.

They took back their bumper and i filled a refund form, they told me it's gonna take 3 days for the refund money to reflect in my account but now it has been a week and i haven't received my money back

I was looking for a divertor valve and searched on Google and went on to the website ,called and was assisted by Surprise, he told me it comes with the turbo ,fine I got it at goldwagen only to find out it's my turbo took the part back but unfortunately couldn't get a refund as I already fitted it... I then enquired about a turbo and they quoted me R7000 i then remembered Surprise quoted me R5750 for the turbo so I called to confirm on the turbo he said it's the right one and a good brand not knowing it's second hand ... I called him later in the afternoon telling him I wanted a new turbo not second hand as I could've just repaired my existing turbo or bought the one from goldwagen but he was so rude with me on the phone all I want is a refund so that I can get my car sorted out I don't need the transport cost of R290 which I paid for to be delivered so I will be coming through tomorrow please if you can assist me with my refund asap
