My status says order fulfilled 6 days ago . To date I have not received my parcel . I contacted picup via email and was advised that the courier company will contact me . Trying to call picup ..rings then mailbox full . still waiting for PCW105689435

Received a pin for my package to be delivered and was told it's with the driver. Then when tracking my package it says it was returned. Contacted the driver only to find out she had car trouble and returned the package. Cannot get hold of the company by phone and I have no idea where my package is or when it will be delivered. The package will also not last in the current heat so I'm expecting the items to be melted by the time they reach me

Used through Pick N Pay Asap! It doesn't work. Driver doesn't move on the map. Driver didn't phone me or use the intercom on 2 failed delivery attempts.

I wish I could give you guys no stars. The worst experience with e-commerce in my life thus far :(. My package was marked as delivered by the courier when it wasn't. There are virtually no avenues to raise matters to resolve them quickly. What is the point of a support channel if you guys don't answer your phones or respond to messages? Please do better.In response to your reply below. My order number was 5347066.

good day how are you? I really love the application; it is simple and handy however there is still so much that needs to be done on it.First, I think the application should have room for drivers to give their feedback and experiences as they do deliveries. This will improve the quality of service offered. Secondly, the application should somehow have an inbox where suggestions and views can be shared, as it is drivers can only communicate with the office on the basis of a laid down template, which i believe somehow undermines interaction, thereby affecting quality of service.lastly the application doesn't work on other devices like Huawei and a few others. Being that as it maybe the application is a great tool with great room for growth and improvement.

I had requested same day delivery for some items which sadly could not be delivered on the same day, but the driver returned the following day and was very cheerful and the tracking of the delivery was very accurate. Thank you :)

Disgusting service. I understand driver ran out of time but why didn't he deliver the next day? Instead he retuned my parcel?I do not recommend Picup. Feel free to contact me for further information but you are making a mistake by using them.

I was very excited to start driving with picup, the flexibility and opportunity seemed amazing at first. However since starting the driver support I've experienced is absolutely pathetic.I get assigned trips which might sometimes be far from my current distance but upon arriving the parcel was given to someone else.The trips are not updated in real time which I think leaves space for my trips to go missing. I have so many missing trips!! Which I don't get paid for, I've escalated it numerous times, even resorting to taking screenshot of my trips I do everyday but when I use the live chat nobody helps! They greet me and by the time I come back they send me a review to rate their service forgetting I am driving and busy with clients. I get told the finance team doesn't work over weekends but yet on Monday all my trips are still not updated for the previous week.How do you expect me to trust this company and give great service to the clients when absolutely no one is tending to my queries? I am driving out so much petrol on a daily basis but don't get all my money due to me.It's extremely disappointing and I actually wish I could give you zero stars instead of one.
