I've now ordered gear and parts twice from Motorcycle World online and received great service.I was contacted by Simone the second time around to sort a small technicality on the order. I was impressed by her assistance; friendly, timely, swift and very helpful. 1700km and 3 days later, I received the package in perfect order. If I was able to give Motorcycle World (more specifically Ryan and JC) 10 out of 5 stars I wouldn't hesitate. Their bikes are prestine, their service is faultless, and their advice is catered to your needs and abilities, i.e. no generic sales pitches trying to sell you the most your budget allows to shift stock off the floor. They take the time to understand you and go out of their way to help you. They say what they do, and more importantly, do what they say! I wasn't able to collect my bike until a week after all the paper work was completed, but they had it delivered to my doorstep (over 120km away) the very next day at no extra cost. I wouldn't hesitate purchasing a bike from them from anywhere in the country, even having not seen the bike myself. Thank you Ryan and JC for everything, you guys are legends.

I got my motorcycle jeans from them. Really nice people and they have really good stuff. When I was leaving I had a chat with the motorcycle sales person who gave me some fantastic tips. I am planning to buy a touring bike, however he advised me to think about getting an African twin as the country I am in, African twin would be the best bike for me in terms of servicing and repairs. Based on his advice I am now looking into getting an African twin (and not the bike I was originally thinking of getting)I really appreciate the time you took to guide me on this.

Byron, awesome service, ordered a part for my Suzuki DL650, Courier guy picked up 14:34 Tuesday from Motorcycle World in Cape Town, delivered just after 10:00 following day to me in Pretoria. This is Cape Town to Pretoria in less than 24 hours. Can recommend 110% to use these guys.
