The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The vet on staff is very good with your animals so they are in good hands. There are well reputed products to use at home available - the staff are more than capable of advising you about which one best suites your animal's needs

Professionals from the staff at the reception to the cleaning crew with thier friendly manner and provicient way of doing things. The place didn't smell like death as some vets do. We could ask the vetinarian all kinds of questions and all were answered in a professional reassuring manner. Thank you!

The staff and vets are amazing. They do indeed love all the animals that come through their doors with love and care. The advice on after treatment care given had showed me that they do have the best interest of your pet at heart. Even though they close at 17h00, they will wait for you if you call and notify them that you are on your way. Very professional staff.
