Worst experience booking for the Christmas lunch. Food was not served at the table together, some of us waited 3 hours for the main course. Food was below standard expected and management basically clueless to how service should be delivered.

We had a fantastic experience at The Old Austria restaurant. We were a party of 10 and everyone throughly enjoyed their time there. Food was amazing and service was fantastic.

We had a really wonderful experience and meal and it was enhanced by Rupert,the owner, who treated us exceptionally well on our anniversary. This wonderful restaurant is an old favourite of ours and Rupert and staff have managed to improve it and refine the dining experience,even though we thought that not possible.Give this lovely restaurant a try,you will be pleasantly surprised. They will definitely see us again.

What an amazing fine dining experience!The ambience is very special with a live pianist, beautiful chandeliers and antiques.The food was mouth-watering. The starters were amazing, and my steak (blu on a cold plate) was absolutely perfect. A hard feat to achieve!!!The prices are well worth the quality of the food and the steak was the best I have had in a very long time.We had loadshedding but the kitchen still made a plan to get the chips done. As an example when I was in Cape Town during loadshedding I was told that I would have to have mash, so five out of five for amazing service.The owner is also very hands on and added a personal touch by remembering my name under the reservation I made.This is a very special place and I will definitely be back!

Definitely one of the best dining experiences I have had in SA!!!Classy ambience, personalized service and excellent food!Rupert and his staff went out of their way to customize the dishes to our taste and preference......which is not easily available for vegetarians here!!Would love to come back :)Thanks folks!
