I highly recommend Key Autobody. Faizel was brilliant right from claim stage through to keeping me informed at all stages. They promised me that the repairs would be completed within a week and true to word it was. Other companies quoted 2 to 3 weeks. Nothing was too much to ask. Workshop manager Patrick's work was exemplary, nothing was to much to ask. I am very happy with my vehicle and definitely recommend Key Autobody to anyone. As of now they are my panel beaters.

Peerless customer service from Faizal Kathrada who has impeccable phone and customer etiquette, is deeply knowledgeable and who communicates articulately about timelines and progress. He is joined by Renalda at reception and Mo in the workshop who are also people of excellence. I did have to take my car back in again because there were some parts that were not put back, my electric window did not work and the paint job was not neatly finished. These should have been inspected by the relevant department head before my car was released. I addressed the issues and the problems were rectified by teams.

Car was sent here after an accident, and our liaison Faizal, was very open and transparent with the communication and we knew what was happening along every step. Very professional and friendly service. Was very happy with the condition our vehicle was in upon collection.

No sooner had I notified Key Auto body that I needed a quote, Patrick and Faizal, arrived at my place of employment to do an onsite inspection of the damage to my vehicle following my motor vehicle accident. They took photo's of my vehicle for insurance purposes and in no time, a very reasonable quote for repairs was sent to me. After insurance approval, I went down on a Monday to drop my vehicle off for repairs and Faizal gave me a lift back to work. I was expecting to be driving around in my Hire Car for about two weeks, but to my surprise, my Car was ready for collection 4 days later, all sparkly and new so that you could not even detect that there had been damage to my rear door, fender and bumper.
