Great service

Not sure if it was a late shift or the petrol attendant had a terrible day or what it could be but I will never again fill up at this SASOL. I usually receive the best service and its a pleasure filling up at SASOL. Today I was not so lucky. The person who is supposed to be assisting me was very rude and condescending maybe I was interrupting his meal which he was busy eating. I asked for 93 and the attendant gave me 95. I asked for a full tank of petrol but when I started my car it barely reached half way. When asked why he said that 93 and 95 are the same and when I showed him my fuel gauge at half he said “i thought you said auto stop” which makes no sense as the gauge would be full on auto stop. I am not someone to rant about meaningless things but if this is how you treat customers that have to decide where to spend so much money I would do something about this.

Convenient and friendly staff.

Friendly and helpful staff. I stopped at this garage late evening today (11 February 2022) just to make sure I didn't have a flat tyre, the petrol attendant immediately came over to my car and started checking the tyre pressure of all my tyres without me asking. The service was appreciated, I have not encountered any petrol stations where you will get assistance like that if you are not filling up or using the garage shop. It was really appreciated

The petrol attendants are very unprofessional. They make flirtatious remarks and act inappropriately with their customers.

Brand new and it shows! New staff really go out of their way to provide excellent service. Shop is well stocked, clean and reasonably priced.

Attendants not helpful.... sarcastic if asking to help even though walking around and not attending to others
