If I could swear on here I probably would. Ordered online for collection in store, got an email confirming the order is at the store yesterday already. Drove all the way just to be told by a very rude cashier the order is not there. Not even an apology nothing, just a rude attitude and no solution provided for what needs to be done now.She just said I must come back when it has been delivered. I already got the confirmation that it has been delivered. So how would I know? After asking about this twice someone else said they can take my number. But really no effort was made to assist me.Seriously, customer service needs work.

I was very impressed by the service received when purchasing a suit. I did not know that there was an On-site tailor who will do all alterations for you for a small fee. You don't pay Edgars themselves for the alterations, you pay the tailor direct. She did such an incredible job with the alterations. So much so that the suit looks very professional. Very pleased with the result!

I went to Estee Lauder to purchase foundation. I was met by an arrogant, unfriendly women with an attitude. Firstly she asked me if I know the cost of Estee Lauder? How dare she? She works at a makeup counter standing around all day? Then when I told her I'm looking for foundation she asked what moisturiser I use because she noticed the lines and wrinkles around my eyes! I'm 53 ,I have wrinkles. So? I never asked her opinion on my wrinkles. That's the customer given to customers? Shameful especially working for Estee Lauder .
