Phoned in a hurry for some parts. On the things they didn't have in stock, they arranged from other places in PE. Had everything boxed up and ready for me by the time I got there. Paid and left. Definitely the best service I've seen in PE in a long time.

Worst phone call service ever, the lady keeps transfering you to sales that never picks up. Really pathetic of them to even offer phone call service if they never pick up.

I called to enquire for parts, for my vechile, i was placed on hold by 3 different people which summed up to 10mints, i then ended the call and tried again, whereby i got a hold of admin and placed me through to sales, another 5minute wait, still to no avail.

Ordered a replacement headlight over the phone without any hassles, which I was impressed about as they did not ask for a deposit even, and it arrived as promised today and I just collected it. Quick and easy. very friendly staff.
