Received Excellent service from the guys at Dekro. Especially Jean/ john (unsure how to spell his name). Helped me with everything and gave us the guidance we needed! So helpful and refreshing to know such excellent customer service still exists! Will definitely reccomend Dekro to everyone I know because of him!

Bought paint, werent told about the pricing.. Just got given and needed to pay. We came back the exact same day and said it costs way to much.. Their prices are definitely suspicious. Its now been more than 2weeks and they took back the paint but no refund. So we sitting R3000 short and all they can say is it will be escalated. DISGUSTING.IT DOESNT TAKE 2WEEKS TO GIVE A REFUND! GIVE OUR MONEY BACK.
