The best customer service I received was from Cheslin. He was patient with and made sure was satisfied with the item I bought. He is kind hearted and gave me necessary information what I need to buy. I am honestly delighted that he had helped me.

Incredible connection is such a reputable store. Products and service have been great in the past. The Eikestad Mall staff however, need further training or motivation. I would like to hold the same respect for this store as any.

If you don’t want to be assisted- please visit this branch. Staff are hanging around not assisting customers. They will look you in your face and continue chatting to one another.

Maybe service is a bit slow when I went but overall not a bad experience. Good range of products and decently priced

Females are extremely unprofessional, very unhelpful, not very friendly , would not recommend anyone seeking help from them.As for the men working there , well done doing a great job and willing to help with a friendly smile.I’ve been asking for help to apply for credit and was then helped by one of the ladies , at first I had to sit and wait for almost 20mins just for her to start up her computer. She then starred at me the whole time making me feel uncomfortable. I had gotten declined and they smiled about it. I feel like this is bullying. There was very lack of information on why I had gotten declined which tells me they didn’t really wanted to help.As a retail worker myself I would expected better service. This is like the worst service I’ve ever gotten.

3rd incredible store visited trying to upgrade a contract. After at least 5 min in the cellphone department with 0 other customers…as per the attached photo showing 80% of the shop I decided to call someone, once again they couldn’t help because no qualified? Person available in the shop. Many years ago had the same experience with at that stage the market leader cellphone store. Told the smug sales person their service will be the cause of the downfall of the brand Today Nokia is nowhere. I predict the same here
