I dealt with a Lady by the name of Denise Vockins, she was amazing, she was accommodating & helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my sale but also to resolve any issues that I had. Finding a company and sales people that provide such exceptional service these day are rare. I highly recommend Omnisurge and compliment them on their excellent staff. Usually pretty good but my last 2 interactions with the same sales member leaves a lot to be desired. I miss the days when Alvina was our contact - she was efficient and never quoted incorrectly.

Always keen to assist, fast turnaround on emails, if I don't get an immediate response I know she's out of office. Recently Tania has helped when Denise was travelling and I am just as impressed. This sales team is tops. Quick delivery and great service with a smile from Maxwell in the warehouse too. Always friendly and delivering all my products sooner than expected.
