I'm sure other customer's got their rugs cleaned good and proper. I on the other-hand found the quality of cleaning to be sub-par. One rug in particular of mine still had dark shades of stain on it. I also found pieces of dirt still stuck in the fabric of my rug. Awesome team though, just the cleaning quality.

Click cleaning was really wonderful in how they dealt with me as I was certainly a difficult customer and they went out of their way to try to make me happy. So 10/10 for customer service. But ultimately the quality of the cleaning was extremely lacklustre considering the price.I've discovered so much dirt in places I was told were cleaned. Two of the three rugs I had cleaned still smell mildewy.There is a whole lot of backstory I could write out about what lead to my unhappiness. Some of it is my fault as I had to go out for most of the cleaning time. But I feel like after spending R2000 on four hours of deep cleaning, I should not be wiping curtain rails a few days afterwards and finding the cloth covered in dust, or be able to wipe dirt from window frames, or be able to scrub marks out of cupboards that were left as stains. And when I pay for four hours of deep cleaning, I feel like I shouldn't return home half an hour before those four hours were finished and find that they've already left even if they were technically done".The cleaners came back to try to make me happy
